The company was great to work with. They responded quickly to Facebook messenger questions and helped get the towel to be in time for a gift I needed to give. They monogrammed the towel for me which turned out nicely. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it seems like the towel might pull easily and have some long strings that show. I would purchase again though and definitely recommend the company.
